Problem
A construction company needed a modern platform to showcase properties, handle bookings with payments, and manage content - replacing a legacy workflow of phone calls and spreadsheets.
Approach
Designed and built a full-stack Next.js application with Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL, and Stripe integration. Implemented role-based access control, an admin CMS dashboard, image optimization pipeline, and SEO infrastructure.
Results
Live production platform handling property listings, real-time booking with Stripe payments, admin content management, and multi-language support. Built as a one-person team from zero to deployment.
